My Biography...
About Me
My
name is Wellington Watts, and I am from a pastor's
family. I am continuing the spirit of that ministry
but in the area of music and Christian education.
I am married to Nancy (Worrell)
Watts and have one son who is currently living in Virginia.
I graduated from Eastern Pilgrim college in 1964 with
a B.S. degree and completed education courses at Glassboro
State College for permanent N.J. certification.

History
My 27 years
in education have been divided between public school
teaching and being the principal of a Christian school.
As principal, I continued to raise the academic standards
at the academy, and our students responded with high
scores on standardized tests.
I have also worked in churches as music and choir director
and am presently part of the Calvary Hill Church worship
team. I have conducted and arranged many musical productions
and created musical dramatizations, directed special
programs, and lead community choirs.

Accomplishments
The
Unity Music Singers, a community choir, was formed
in 1998. This choir presented the multimedia program, "A
Salute to Heroes - We Will Never Forget", five
times in 1999.
Ive also written the music for the production
of a tape and CD. I have been featured in an article
written by Kevin Riordan of the Courier Post because
of a song I wrote as a result of the Sept. 11th tragedy.
It is called, Let the Light of Freedom Shine.
I’m presently principal at Ambassador Christian
Academy. I feel God has provided me also an opportunity
for ministry through the Internet. It is only through
the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, prayer,
and faith
that
this can
be accomplished.
